8th annual Womenade “Take a Walk in Her Shoes”

Take a Walk in Her Shoes

On behalf of the Chapman Partnership Board of Trustees, Womenade, staff, volunteers and the residents we serve, THANK YOU for making the 2017 Take a Walk in Her Shoes Fashion Show & Luncheon a BIG success!

The event hosted more than 500 guests and was held at the InterContinental Miami.  We could not have done it without the on-going support and dedication of our donors and volunteers!  A very special thank you to our event chairs, Bronwyn Miller, Migna Sanchez-Llorens and Irene Korge for their continued leadership and guidance. We were thrilled to honor ten outstanding women in our community:  Christine Barney, Lauren Beall, Dr. Evalina Bestman, Constance Fernandez, Sonia Gibson, Mayra Joli, Carol Iacovelli, Renee Lopez-Cantera, Laura Munilla and Irene White.  In addition, we were delighted to present Christine E. Lynn with the 2017 Trish Bell Lifetime Achievement Award!

Many thanks to our Premier Fashion Show Sponsors – C. Madeleine’s, Danny Santiago, Rik Rak Salon and Frey Vineyards!

The money raised at this event directly impacts the women and children who reside at Chapman Partnership.  Of the 800 residents we serve, 57% of them are women and children and on any  given night we have over 250 children living with us.
