Chapman Partnership’s two state-of-the-art Homeless Assistance Centers serve as the primary intake facilities into Miami-Dade County’s Homeless Continuum of Care nightly housing 800 men, women and children.
We walk alongside individuals facing a range of challenges, including survivors of domestic violence, veterans, and people living with disabilities. Our team offers guidance, encouragement, and practical tools to help individuals and families move forward. With support from trusted partners including educators, employers, and community leaders, we help open doors to opportunity and new beginnings.
Chapman Partnership’s Family Programming Services are designed to care for families experiencing homelessness by providing essential educational, recreational, and developmental resources for children and their caregivers.
A key component of Chapman Partnership’s services is providing resources that support the physical and mental wellbeing of our clients. We understand that rebuilding one’s life takes healing, support, and care. Through partnerships with key providers, our clients have access to state-of-the-art medical and mental health resources provided onsite at both Homeless Assistance Centers.

As the private sector partner of the Miami-Dade County Homeless Trust, Chapman Partnership is another step in the continuum of care. Any person or family who is homeless, about to be homeless, or assisting someone facing homelessness, and requiring emergency assistance must first contact the Homeless Helpline administered by the Miami-Dade County Homeless Trust.
