Housing Placement

Our housing placement work includes assisting with everything from filling out applications to providing needed furniture, appliances, move-in supplies, and utility and security deposits. Over time, we have established close relationships and trust with many property owners throughout the area allowing us to place residents that might otherwise not pass credit, employment or background checks. In cases where our residents have special needs or disabilities, we work to locate suitable housing programs. We provide relocation assistance to reunite residents with their families. Stable housing is only one step towards the goal of a stable life – and to that end, we keep in contact with our former residents through follow up case management for one year post placement.
